TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

Terms for all invoices is net 30 days from date of shipment. A 2% early pay discount will be available to customers in “good credit standing” on invoices paid in full when payment is received within 10 days of invoice date. All special prices and quantity prices are NET.
All new accounts must have a completed credit application on file, and will be CASH WITH ORDER or shipped COD until credit is established. Sales to established accounts that are more than 30 days past due will be shipped COD. A 1½% per month finance charge will be applied to the unpaid balance. Credit privileges will be will be forfeited on accounts that are 30 days past due. All accounts that are 60 days past due will be turned over to a collection agency.
In the event of default in payment by the customer, Appatek Industries, Inc. shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred as a result of the default or in connection with collection of any unpaid amounts.
There will be a $30.00 service charge on all NSF or returned checks.

TAXES:
Appatek Industries, Inc. does not collect sales tax. A completed tax exempt certificate must be provided and will be kept on file. All applicable sales taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

PRICES:
All prices and quotations are subject to change without notice. Orders will be priced according to price in effect at time of shipment. Prices listed under the column heading Unit‡ are listed for reference only.

WARRANTY:
Appatek Industries, Inc. does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are strictly the responsibility of the manufacturer. Appatek Industries, Inc. cannot be held responsible for damages, labor, or freight involved.

FREIGHT:
Appatek Industries, Inc. offers customers FREE FREIGHT on qualifying orders of 5 or more cases shipped east of the Mississippi, and 10 or more cases shipped west of the Mississippi. Most test strips, test solutions and filter cartridges do not count as cases. Orders will be shipped best way: common carrier, FedEx or UPS. All FREE FREIGHT orders are subject to a $12.50 fuel surcharge per order. Non-qualifying orders will be shipped as per customer instructions, at customer’s expense, with all freight charges added to sales invoice.
Hazardous Materials will not be shipped FedEx.

Appatek Industries, Inc. responsibility ceases when merchandise is turned over to a carrier. All shipments are F.O.B. Origin, Freight Prepaid. Damages or shortages of merchandise must be reported to the delivering carrier immediately upon receipt and so filed with delivering carrier.

RETURNS:
No returns will be accepted for credit without prior authorization. Freight on all returns must be prepaid. All returns must be in original condition and resalable, and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
